Society and Politics

  • Free-SpeechUS Religious Liberty Commission cites UK ‘Censorship crisis’ in critical draft report. A major international spotlight has been shone on the decline of faith-based freedoms in Great Britain. A draft report submitted to the White House by the US Religious Liberty Commission has explicitly named the United Kingdom as a Western democracy where religious liberty is in rapid decline. The commission specifically highlighted the criminal convictions of British citizens for peaceful actions—such as offering silent prayers within 150-metre "buffer zones" around abortion clinics—as critical warnings of an ongoing Western censorship crisis supported by organisations like ADF International.
  • British millionaire pledges personal fortune to defend arrested street preachers. In a bold stand against institutional overreach, a prominent – albeit controversial - British businessman has stepped forward to financially shield the body of Christ. Outraged by a series of high-profile police actions against public evangelists, millionaire Samuel Leeds has pledged to personally fund top-tier legal representation for Christian street preachers targeted by authorities. Leeds warned that a dangerous "double standard" has developed within British institutions, where the name of Jesus is effectively put on trial while other groups are given a free pass. He stated his mission is to ensure faithful believers are not simply silenced by intimidation.

Antisemitism

  • WWII veteran warns antisemitism has returned to pre-War levels. Monty102-year-old Jewish Second World War veteran, Monty Goldstein, has issued a sobering warning, stating that antisemitism in the UK is now as severe as it was prior to the outbreak of World War II. Goldstein, who served in the Royal Artillery defending London from Nazi bombing raids, noted that the hostility is particularly rampant in traditionally Jewish areas like Golders Green. His testimony comes on the heels of a harrowing global J7 task force report revealing that diaspora antisemitism has reached a dangerous "new normal," with over 23,000 recorded incidents.
  • UK football antisemitism reports surge by over 40%. A troubling new report highlights how sports are increasingly being stained by anti-Jewish hostility. Verified reports of antisemitism in UK football surged by 43% compared to the prior season, according to newly compiled data. The vast majority of these hostile incidents took place across social media platforms, professional matchdays, and even grassroots youth leagues - serving as a clear indicator of how normalized anti-Zionist and anti-Jewish rhetoric has become within ordinary European cultural spaces.

Israel

  • Christian Zionists inaugurate historic visitor centre in Samaria. Mount-GerizimIn a seeming display of biblical prophecy unfolding, a prominent Christian Zionist organization has officially opened a state-of-the-art visitor centre in Israel's biblical heartland. Dedicated by the activist organization The Israel Guys, the new facility is located within the Har Bracha community on Mount Gerizim—the biblical Mount of Blessing just an hour north of Jerusalem. Over the past 25 years, the group has brought thousands of Christian volunteer farmers to work the fields of Judea and Samaria. Organizers noted that the centre establishes a permanent foothold where the nations can directly participate in fulfilling ancient prophecies concerning the restoration of Israel.
  • Nigeria officially lifts ban on Christian pilgrimages to the Holy Land. In a joyous victory for believers, the Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission (NCPC) has officially lifted its ban on Christian pilgrimages to Israel. The restriction was originally implemented out of safety concerns following regional military conflicts. However, following a rigorous three-day security assessment directly on the ground in Jerusalem, Executive Secretary Bishop Prof. Stephen Adegbite proudly announced that flights will immediately resume via Tel Aviv's Ben Gurion Airport.

Persecution of Christians

  • Indian believers disrupted and detained at worship convention. RajIn Rajasthan State, a peaceful three-day Christian convention attended by roughly 200 tribal believers was violently disrupted by Hindutva nationalist extremist groups. The extremists filmed the disruption and weaponized the footage on social media to falsely accuse the organizers of carrying out "forced conversions." Consequently, local authorities intervened and detained 13 Indian Christians, keeping them in custody for doing nothing more than exercising their fundamental, biblical right to gather, preach the gospel, and fellowship together.
  • Imprisoned for attending birthday partyMeanwhile, in India's Madhya Pradesh state, anti-conversion laws continue to be aggressively weaponised by Hindu nationalists to criminalise basic Christian fellowships. A local court recently sentenced seven Christians to prison after radical groups accused them of conducting "forced conversions" during what was simply a private family birthday celebration. Islam

  • France shuts down radical north Paris Mosque for inciting terrorism. Demonstrating that the threat of radicalisation remains severe, French law enforcement authorities have officially ordered the closure of the Attaqwa mosque in north Paris. Security agencies moved to shutter the facility after investigations revealed it was actively propagating radical Islamist ideology, encouraging criminal actions, and inciting terrorism. Furthermore, shocking video evidence surfaced showing an imam at the mosque instructing congregants to physically strike small children if they failed to perform Islamic prayers. The closure highlights the persistent civilisational challenges facing European nations attempting to curb parallel societies and home-grown extremism.
