Unholy Alliance Exposed
The unholy alliance between left-wing wokery and fundamentalist Islam is coming under increasing scrutiny. However, relatively few have so far dared to name the mysterious, menacing elephant in the room.
A praiseworthy exception is journalist Julie Bindel who, in a Daily Mail article, concludes that “radical Islamism… is the hate that dare not speak its name” (Daily Mail, July 28, 2026).
Dance again
Also ploughing into the controversy by unmasking the rank hypocrisy of the anti-Israel agenda is none other than eighties pop icon Boy George with his profoundly moving release of ‘We will dance again’, declaring no-holds-barred support for Israel with lyrics and accompanying video telling the unvarnished truth of the October 7th 2023 massacre. You can listen to it here.
The flamboyant star makes no bones about the fact that he is fully behind Israel amidst their suffering – because he is ‘human’. Naturally, the woke world of celebrity are not expected to congratulate him for speaking, or singing, the truth with this stirring Bob Marley-style reggae number.
“You say genocide, I say war,” he sings of those “who want to kill every last one of us… brutally murdered for the crime of dancing”. Echoing the Nova festival survivors’ rallying cry, the song also refers to propaganda fuelled by the internet, adding: “But if you’re confused, I stand with the Jews…I don’t feel brave, I just need to behave, like a human.”
Boy George is fully behind Israel amidst their suffering – because he is ‘human’.
This is not the first time Boy George has spoken up. He previously signed a letter supporting Israel’s participation in Eurovision, and told interviewers: “Am I supposed to turn my back on my Jewish friends? That is not going to happen. Not ever.”
Obsession with Palestine
Julie Bindel, meanwhile, asks why LGBT activists are so obsessed with Palestine that they have teamed up with Muslims who – because they are gay – want them dead?
After all, Muslim countries have been known to throw them off tall buildings and have them publicly stoned. But here in the UK, from a safe distance, they are ‘pals’ of Hamas and Palestinian Muslims, proud to wear the keffiyeh, once the symbol of terrorist leader Yasser Arafat. As for the ‘Queers for Palestine ’ activists, that is surely akin to turkeys voting for Christmas!
Politicians refuse to call out the problem for what it is by simply referring to recent attacks on ‘Pride’ rallies as hate crime when it’s quite obvious that radical Muslims are clearly behind them.
As for the ‘Queers for Palestine ’ activists, that is surely akin to turkeys voting for Christmas!
Their motivation is driven by fear of facing up to the issue, fear of losing political support and I guess fear of the consequences of failing to pander to their agenda.
Remembering 7th Oct
The pro-Palestinian rallies sparked by Israel’s response to the worst massacre of Jews since the Holocaust are a blight on our once godly nation that exported the Christian gospel of sacrificial love to the world.
How on earth did we allow a narrative that turns those attempting to commit genocide (i.e. Hamas) into the victims of the conflict to become the accepted norm? Israel, to its credit, has learnt over millennia that refusal to stand up to her enemies will spell their death-knell.
I couldn’t sleep the other night as I wondered how we in the UK would respond to an October 7th-type massacre. We have already suffered many terror attacks – including one in which my younger brother was severely injured – for which we have been ill-prepared.
Israel, to its credit, has learnt over millennia that refusal to stand up to her enemies will spell their death-knell.
Standing up to injustice
Hamas and their fellow travellers have made it clear that they are intent on Israel’s destruction, as Boy George’s song echoes. I wonder if we have the gumption to respond to such attacks with the sufficient force that will be necessary. Or will we meekly give in?
What is the point of making ‘hate speech’ illegal if we are unable or unwilling to arrest, or even stop, marchers who are chanting ‘From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free’ – effectively calling for the extermination of the Jewish people?
The laughable irony is that Israel, unlike any of its Arab neighbours, tolerates the proliferation of ‘Pride’ marchers who, if they dared to slip across the border, would be lucky to stay alive.
The enemy’s allies
But it’s a tactic of the devil himself to create the kind of unholy alliance we are witnessing today, because he is determined at all costs to prevent God’s great purposes for the world – both through his ancient people, the Jews, and those who have embraced the Jewish Messiah.
He will turn on them just as soon as he has successfully used them to do his bidding ...
For Satan is quite happy to recruit allies who are just as opposed to God and His ways as he is. But beware, he won’t thank them for it. He will turn on them just as soon as he has successfully used them to do his bidding – by spreading lies about Israel in this case.
Jesus, the Prince of Peace (Isa 9:6), will ultimately destroy his enemies before ushering in a thousand years without war (Rev 20:4). Choose this day whom you will serve.
